You guys know that I’ve been struggling lately in my A.K.A ‘busy sched’ :P . Last week, I mention about Kaamulan Festival. Yes, I’ve been in Malaybalay for 2 nights and 2 days and of course I left CDO with my friends making sure that I celebrated my mom’s birthday! :D That shouldn’t what I miss, right?!
Uhm, what’s funny while we were still on the bus, there are lot of thoughts coming in my mind and I can’t help it. So I asked my friends if they have some paper or something that I can wrote on then they told me: ‘Shira, we’re going to Kaamulan to enjoy not to do some school stuff’ . (teasing me..really :P ) Well, writing is been so attach to me. Why I’m so eager to write? Well, who wouldn’t if you see this?
I swear! It’s hard get the perfect view while bus is moving! :P Took it from my phone! Sun is setting! ;)
We arrived at Malaybalay past 8pm, travel for almost 5hrs. Jeez, my butt is quite sucks. LOL. Bus fare doesn’t sounds bad! We stayed at Meriam’s aunt house at San Jose but before that, we stop to her other aunt’s house at Carvahal to have some dinner. Meriam’s dad was staying there and jeez, he is so accommodating. Palamine Family are accommodating!
We woke up around 6am, fixing ourselves then head to the city to watch the street dancing!
Mini garden of the house! Beautiful, isn’t?
Uhmm.. unfortunately, we arrived to the city late so we only have the chance to see last three or four of the participants.
Walking with “Kadang-Kadang” you need a balance and focus. One to thing to do this is, practice. Jeez, I don’t know to walk with that. Back in HS in our P.E, I didn’t have a chance to try it, bell rang! LOL
There were so align! Holding arm to arm!
Eagle! Flying high?
At first I, peri and sara hesitate to buy cos we were still full at that time we had a heavy breakfast but meriam and hana simply made us lick our lips! LOL
Suddenly I got tired, didn’t know that I took a nap :P and when I woke up, jeez… legs cramps! Then the girls decided to back home at San Jose to rest a lil bit cos there’s a fire works display late night.
Whooo… okay, we ride ‘Multicab’ going back to San Jose and we were lucky, at the middle of nowhere… flat tire dude! (“Flat tire get tired” ~ Tongue Twister for you guys :P )
But heck noooo…. I we were stuck in the beautiful area… Nature around us! :D
hmmm, cos the first multicab was stucked we waited for another vehicle. T’was a bad experience because the driver deceived us ladies. Cos we were not that familiar yet going to San Jose, we asked him to drop us in Luardo(land mark) but he didn’t. So the gals needed to walk 10-15 min under the sun to the house, we start walking(sweating much) :( but surprisely driver hurried up to still catch up us and you know what he said to us? “Hey you should take a ride, Luardo is still far from here”! Damn dude, O.O we were really disappointed! Obviously, we’re going to pay again for that ride! It wasn’t money but how he treated people who are new the place is what matter most!
Okay! Night comes! :D Honestly, fireworks is what we supposed to wait at night but there’s a change of course. We were early indeed in Plateu :P We only got glimpse to the beautiful fireworks :P Dang! LOL
Saturday night was fun, really.
What we experienced at the daylight was opposite when I and Meriam heading home to San Jose. There’s a guy name James. There’s no multicab yet and it was raining, not that heavy tho enough to make us soaked in the rain but not that much so he offered us a ride. Kuya_James is so kind. We ride in his motorbike and we were supposed to pay for it but he didn’t let us to give him even a single penny! Wow. Thank You so much Kuya_James for your kind heart! :D
Among the girls, only Peri and I didn’t able to come Kaamulan last year and the three gals always telling us that there’s an amazing spot there! And here it, I forgot to ask Meriam what’s the name of the place.
I Love Nature! Live Naturally Shira! Tree hugger! :D :D
Before we head to terminal, we took our lunch at Carvahal. I’m not a fan of Chicken Curry but dude, Palamine family cooked it well and I’m loving it much now! Whew…
Happy Blogging Everyone!
