Daily Prompt: Dear Mom

Daily Prompt

Write a letter to your mom. Tell her something you’ve always wanted to say, but haven’t been able to.

___________________________________________________________

Dear Mom,

This is your lovely daughter, Shira, if ever you able to read this post of mine, what I’ve always wanted to say is I do love you and I am sorry if I am not the nicest daughter you ever wish for! But I know, even if I am not you will still love me unconditionally and that love will always be there no matter what.

I’ve always wanted to say: Ma, teach me how to cook! I wanted to cook for you and for Papa! I wanted to give you a massage but I’m sorry because I am just so so lazy. I wanted to shop you clothes and treat you yummy foods!

I know everyone has a flaw and even I don’t like some your character which I also inherited and which is I don’t like it too, sometimes, HAHA …..

What I’m just trying to say is, I will always love you!

Special Photo Challenge: Inspiration

This challenge is up to something that makes a blogger awaken about his blogging life. Why we blog by the way? Why we spend time writing our words even in our every hectic schedule?

Daily post catches new part of every bloggers, knowing that despite of every reason you may reason out you blog because you are inspired to do so. You have this inspiration that drives our passion to come out.

Daily post, congrats because me made me think so hard. Like Heather said:

For me, it’s a lot of things. It’s every day. It’s life. Every day can be an adventure and there is always something beautiful to be inspired by. Sometimes it is obvious, and sometimes it is a little harder to find, but there is always something beautiful…every day.

So now, what inspires me to blog?

Nature: Nature is one of the nice thing I could ever see in this world that inspires me to share to the people, to the blogoshpere what I’ve seen in that moment where Nature inspired and touch my heart and soul.

And every morning going to my work, won’t you be inspired if you keep seeing this everyday?

nature with me

I don’t have a photo blog but I have a photography category where you can check how I see the nature that keep me blogging. I may don’t have a nice cam but I do sincerely love to share my photos even its blurry shot. Well, I can mash it up too (edit =P )

* People (including movies especially that based to true story): People can influence us and they can make us think and inspire us to live more better every day. They can be family, friends, colleagues or even strangers.

* Trip/Travel: Tell me who doesn’t love to be in other places, travelling, exploring and having fun with outdoor activities?

You can check my Trip/Travel category too ;)

* School: College isn’t easy and you need to give your best effort to have a better grades and future. School inspires me to blog by sharing my thoughts, writing isn’t that easy if you don’t have the heart to write and learning isn’t easy if you don’t have the heart to learn. School can thought you everything from curriculum to life lesson that you can take to your journey.

Kaamulan 2012

Kaamulan Festival | Tremendous weekend

Kaamulan 2012

You guys know that I’ve been struggling lately in my A.K.A ‘busy sched’ :P . Last week, I mention about Kaamulan Festival. Yes, I’ve been in Malaybalay for 2 nights and 2 days and of course I left CDO with my friends making sure that I celebrated my mom’s birthday! :D That shouldn’t what I miss, right?!

with peri, the others were at the back :)

Uhm, what’s funny while we were still on the bus, there are lot of thoughts coming in my mind and I can’t help it. So I asked my friends if they have some paper or something that I can wrote on then they told me: ‘Shira, we’re going to Kaamulan to enjoy not to do some school stuff’ . (teasing me..really :P ) Well, writing is been so attach to me. Why I’m so eager to write? Well, who wouldn’t if you see this?

see?

I swear! It’s hard get the perfect view while bus is moving! :P Took it from my phone! Sun is setting! ;)

We arrived at Malaybalay past 8pm, travel for almost 5hrs. Jeez, my butt is quite sucks. LOL. Bus fare doesn’t sounds bad!  We stayed at Meriam’s aunt house at San Jose but before that, we stop to her other aunt’s house at Carvahal to have some dinner. Meriam’s dad was staying there and jeez, he is so accommodating. Palamine Family are accommodating!

the girls who made it :D

Meriam's aunt make pizza! Homemade .. yaYks!

We woke up around 6am, fixing ourselves then head to the city to watch the street dancing!

hola

I belong to the flowers, am I? :P

Mini garden of the house! Beautiful, isn’t?

Uhmm.. unfortunately, we arrived to the city late so we only have the chance to see last three or four of the participants.

Walking with “Kadang-Kadang” you need a balance and focus. One to thing to do this is, practice. Jeez, I don’t know to walk with that. Back in HS in our P.E, I didn’t have a chance to try it, bell rang! LOL

There were so align! Holding arm to arm!

Eagle! Flying high?

After the parade, sweet corn escapade! :D

At first I, peri and sara hesitate to buy cos we were still full at that time we had a heavy breakfast but meriam and hana simply made us lick our lips! LOL

I went down after we back home for awhile at Carvahal! :P

Suddenly I got tired, didn’t know that I took a nap :P and when I woke up, jeez… legs cramps! Then the girls decided to back home at San Jose to rest a lil bit cos there’s a fire works display late night.

Unlucky gals!

Whooo… okay, we ride ‘Multicab’ going back to San Jose and we were lucky, at the middle of nowhere… flat tire dude! (“Flat tire get tired” ~ Tongue Twister for you guys :P )

I love the Nature :)

But heck noooo…. I we were stuck in the beautiful area… Nature around us! :D

The lady in grey, standing next to meriam it's Chimbe. Meriam's cousin!

hmmm, cos the first multicab was stucked we waited for another vehicle. T’was a bad experience because the driver deceived us ladies. Cos we were not that familiar yet going to San Jose, we asked him to drop us in Luardo(land mark) but he didn’t. So the gals needed to walk 10-15 min under the sun to the house, we start walking(sweating much) :( but surprisely driver hurried up to still catch up us and you know what he said to us? “Hey you should take a ride, Luardo is still far from here”! Damn dude, O.O we were really disappointed! Obviously, we’re going to pay again for that ride! It wasn’t money but how he treated people who are new the place is what matter most!

Ehem :P

Okay! Night comes! :D Honestly, fireworks is what we supposed to wait at night but there’s a change of course. We were early indeed in Plateu :P We only got glimpse to the beautiful fireworks :P Dang! LOL

Saturday night was fun, really.

What we experienced at the daylight was opposite when I and Meriam heading home to San Jose. There’s a guy name James. There’s no multicab yet and it was raining, not that heavy tho enough to make us soaked in the rain but not that much so he offered us a ride. Kuya_James is so kind. We ride in his motorbike and we were supposed to pay for it but he didn’t let us to give him even a single penny! Wow. Thank You so much Kuya_James for your kind heart! :D

Peri and I :D

Among the girls, only Peri and I didn’t able to come Kaamulan last year and the three gals always telling us that there’s an amazing spot there! And here it, I forgot to ask Meriam what’s the name of the place.

I love greens!

too far :P

more closer ~ loving it :D

I Love Nature! Live Naturally Shira! Tree hugger! :D :D

Before we head to terminal, we took our lunch at Carvahal. I’m not a fan of Chicken Curry but dude, Palamine family cooked it well and I’m loving it much now! Whew…

Happy Blogging Everyone!

Experience Bohol

Though its kinda late still want to post this one :) so just me write these all down and enjoy what might it bring you! LOL

Experience Bohol!!!

(Day – 3) Island Hopping

3rd Day of our trip was REALLY fun!!!!

Dolphin and Whale Watching, Snorkeling, and visiting the Virgin Island.

> First Activity, well it took some time to go in the middle of the sea you know .. LOL .. the “bangkero” said Dolphin prefer to come out when the sun still not REALLY rising so we went there as early as 6am! I can’t post pictures of it cos our shot is not that clear though we’re still waiting for Steve’s photos :P

> Snorkeling!!! Whew .. Balicasag Island is really beautiful ♥♥♥ .. marine life is really awesome :) . This time, we didn’t take pictures of it cos we don’t have a waterproof camera :(  THAT WAS THE THING WE FORGOT TO BRING ON!!!! After snorkeling, lunch and picture taking at Balicasag Island!!! That jump shot was taken at Balicasag Island :)

> Visiting the The Virgin Island was really awesome! I can’t say the exact word(s) because the place Island is really awesome. I don’t don’t know why they call it as “Virgin Island” cos its never been touch? but totally damage? LOL ..

Here’s the Pics, from Dolphin Watching photos to Virgin Island :)

(Day – 2) Country Side Tour

Here we go .. 2nd day was country side tour!!! Bohol has lots of beautiful spots so ….

> We visited first the Chocolate Hills which is the farthest spot from where we stayed in. :) Chocolate Hills has 1.268 cone shape hills :) the most famous tourist attraction of Bohol. :) Though it took almost 2 hours to travel there, well It’s really worth it :)

> Next stop was at Butterfly Garden, well I’m not much fun of Butterflies but I love butterflies :) … the one who tour us the garden and give some information about butterflies was really cool. He has a good sense of humor that really catches our attention and make us laugh all the way :)

Note: Butterflies mate for 24 hours!! (wide eyes open .. LOL .. really? :P)

> Thousands of Mahogany trees planted by locals are found in Bilar’s Man-Made Forest. And Man-Made Forest is really awesome :)

> Tarsier Sanctuary. Tarsier is considered as the world’s smallest primate.

and here’s the other tarsier!! LOL

> We also dropped at Zoocolate.

> We stopped at Hanging Bridge, hmmm… not really so special but playing in hanging brindge was truly awesome but lil scary LOL

> Lunch Lunch Luch … we took our lunch in Bunsai Monark Floating Resto at Loboc River. Foods are good, I love their soup and most perfectly awesome eating in Floating Resto was while you’re eating you also feeling the nature!! ♥

> After Lunch, we went to somewhat mini zoo there. second stop was at Baclayon Church. It’s one of the oldest stone church in the Philippines back 16th century :) Take a deeper look in the second picture.. see any image there?

> Last spot was the Blood Compact Shrine at Tagbilaran City. Its the commemorates treaty of friendship between Miguel Lopez de Legaspi and Rajah Sikatuna. This treaty was sealed by drinking blood mixed in wine thus it is called Blood Compact. :)
