Some days of my summer were spent at Camiguin Island. It’s not a long stay but enough to escape from hustle bustle city and noise from the neighborhood. It was not a weekend getaway nor a long-planned trip. It was a short notice invitation from a friend who planned to visit his home province, but it is not Camiguin. Continue reading
The whole time I’ve been here, not alone tho, was totally breathtaking and covered the worries I had in mind. So peaceful.
It’s already summer here in the Philippines and just last Thursday, I had a remarkable trip at Camiguin. I’m going to blog that trip soon when I have more time, but for now, allow me to share a beautiful photo taken at White Island.

How do you find answers when you are confused?
I still can’t get over with my Enchanted Kingdom Theme Park day and my entry for Weekly Photo Challenge for this week was taken there too.
Of all my photos when I was in Manila, so far this is my number one favorite! Do you like the view too? This is GRAND for me!
Bless me, Father, for I have sinned. I am a liar, a betrayer. I have conspired against my own blood and I doubt even your God could save me.

I chose this quote of her for a Wordless Wednesday. But I believe!
God can save us if we let Him!
We made our own choices, there’s no room for regrets.

A Note To Life: Learn to Express Yourself in the best way you can!
Thirty-four hours passed by when a 7.2 magnitude earthquake hit Bohol.
It was around eight in the morning yesterday when my brother woke me up and told me to get up because of the earthquake that was going. The moment I have my senses for real, I felt like a dancing drunk and I can really feel that our house was shaking, things were moving and
it was like crazy. That phenomena is not really a nice wake up call in the morning. No one likes that feeling to be scared first thing in your day!
We listened directly to the news and we found that Carmen, Bohol was the epicenter of that earthquake. Bohol felt 7.2 magnitude and Cagayan de Oro felt 4.0 magnitude earthquake.
The next Island of Bohol is Cebu. These two province were affected so much by this quake, mostly infrastructure damages but the sad news is, there are people who died in this natural disaster. I have a friend who is working/living in Cebu and I am glad he is safe and sound. He even shared how it feels like to be in 9th floor when it happened. There’s still aftershocks happening in Central Visayas and people really felt it and it shakes them.
This is one of the old Churches in Bohol. 😦 Check BBC News post http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-24530042 and Inquirer.net article http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/507169/6-dead-power-down-as-7-2-quake-hits-bohol
The damaged that this earthquake brought was at least lesser. Why? October 15 was a regular Holiday and no classes and no work. We should be at least thankful that it was a Holiday because if not, the damaged must been even worse including the life that been taken away by this disaster.
Praying for Philippines!
