I Feel Joy

2013 is indeed a whirlwind for every one of us! Ups and downs, cries and laughs, love and hate! Indeed that is how our life works, we just have to believe that everything we endure will have its own place and reason in our every day lives.

Celebrating a new year means a fresh start of the latest chapter of our life! Before 2013 will end and before 2014 comes, I am bringing back my original and first blog! Why would I stop being creative tho? (line credit to Daph)

I feel joy as I am waiting for 2014 to come. We shouldn’t forget where we start growing.

And you might notice that some of my previous post and photos have ‘anotetolife.wordpress,’ those post/comments/likes are imported from my second WordPress blog which I will delete permanently on January 2, 2014.

Thank you for reading my post and hope to get along with you all again this 2014. I wish you a great New Year to come 🙂

Wordless Wednesday decision I made today.

Together As One!

We have learned, I do not know at what price and what cost, that a nation must develop together, or not at all.

~Blas F. Ople

A Wordless Wednesday lesson for today! And this what I learned,

We should read Newsmagazine/Journal often to be more updated of Government’s action and laws that we might be avail. We should open our eyes not just to negative side we are in.

A Blue Butterfly Wednesday everyone 🙂

Live With Faith

Thirty-four hours passed by when a 7.2 magnitude earthquake hit Bohol.

It was around eight in the morning yesterday when my brother woke me up and told me to get up because of the earthquake that was going. The moment I have my senses for real, I felt like a dancing drunk and I can really feel that our house was shaking, things were moving and it was like crazy. That phenomena is not really a nice wake up call in the morning. No one likes that feeling to be scared first thing in your day!

We listened directly to the news and we found that Carmen, Bohol was the epicenter of that earthquake. Bohol felt 7.2 magnitude and Cagayan de Oro felt 4.0 magnitude earthquake.

The next Island of Bohol is Cebu. These two province were affected so much by this quake, mostly infrastructure damages but the sad news is, there are people who died in this natural disaster. I have a friend who is working/living in Cebu and I am glad he is safe and sound. He even shared how it feels like to be in 9th floor when it happened. There’s still aftershocks happening in Central Visayas and people really felt it and it shakes them.

Borrowed

This is one of the old Churches in Bohol. 😦 Check BBC News post http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-24530042 and Inquirer.net article http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/507169/6-dead-power-down-as-7-2-quake-hits-bohol

The damaged that this earthquake brought was at least lesser. Why? October 15 was a regular Holiday and no classes and no work. We should be at least thankful that it was a Holiday because if not, the damaged must been even worse including the life that been taken away by this disaster.

Praying for Philippines!

A note to life – live with faith!
